megaSun Solarium is operated by Saniour Ltd.
These Terms & Policies apply to all users of the solarium.

2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
By using the solarium, you confirm that:

3. Bookings & Payments

Payment is made upon arrival unless otherwise stated during the booking process.
Bookings are personal and non-transferable.
4. Safe Use
To help maintain a safe environment, users must:
Follow the recommended tanning times.
Wear the protective eyewear provided.
Follow all instructions displayed on the equipment.

Immediately report any equipment malfunction or damage.
The following are prohibited:
Using the solarium while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Any behaviour that may endanger yourself, other customers, or staff.
5. Health
Customers are responsible for ensuring that UV tanning is suitable for them.
If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are taking medication that increases sensitivity to UV light, or have any concerns regarding UV exposure, you should seek medical advice before using the solarium.
Customers use the solarium at their own risk and are required to accept the Waiver & Release of Liability before use.
6. Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the scheduled appointment.
Failure to attend a booked appointment without cancellation may affect future bookings.
7. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
megaSun Solarium accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property unless required by applicable law.
8. Liability
Use of tanning equipment involves inherent risks.
Nothing in these Terms & Policies excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

megaSun Solarium – Waiver & Release of Liability

Welcome to megaSun Solarium, operated by Saniour Ltd.
This Waiver applies to all users of megaSun Solarium. Before using our tanning facilities, you will be required to review and accept this Waiver. We encourage all users to read it carefully.
1. Health Declaration
I confirm that:
I am using the solarium voluntarily and at my own risk.
I am physically able to use UV tanning equipment.
I understand that certain medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities may increase the risks associated with UV exposure.
I will follow all safety instructions and recommended exposure times.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that the use of UV tanning equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Skin burns.
Eye injury if protective eyewear is not used.
Premature skin ageing.
Allergic or adverse skin reactions.
Increased risk of skin cancer associated with UV exposure.
I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with using the solarium.
3. Personal Responsibility
I agree to:
Follow the recommended tanning schedule and exposure times.
Wear the protective eyewear provided throughout the session.
Use the equipment only as instructed.
Stop the session immediately if I experience discomfort or an unusual reaction.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and discharge Saniour Ltd, trading as megaSun Solarium, together with its directors, officers, employees and contractors, from any liability for injury, illness, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from my use of the solarium, except where such liability results from negligence, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Acceptance
By accepting this Waiver during the booking or purchase process, I confirm that:
I have carefully read and understood this Waiver.
I understand the risks associated with UV tanning.
I voluntarily accept those risks.
I understand that this Waiver is legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
